Master Consultant
Responsibilities

Develop and grow ‘new’ sales in the High Net Worth Private Clients segment

Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, participating and following up on marketing events, attending networking events and converting leads to sales opportunities

Work closely with product providers
-
Assessing the client’s needs and risk profile by gathering information from the clients

Matching of premier products to clients according to their needs
-
Upkeep professional after-sales servicing to ensure a good relationship with Private Clients for renewal and to facilitate cross-selling opportunities

Follow the Raffles Provident sales process, including regular sales activity and branding standards

Achieve sales revenue target

Always ensure that the client’s interests and needs are placed as a priority

Perform other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your supervisor
Requirements

Candidate must possess minimum Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
-
Good networking skills, able to communicate with HNW individuals
-
Highly motivated, confident, results driven, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to learn and constantly upgrading skills (comprehensive training will be provided)

Possession of General Insurance Certificates (ComGI, PGI, BCP) & CMFAS Health Insurance is an added advantage
